Fitness Class Descriptions

Bootcamp (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times:

 

This class will help improve aerobic fitness as well as muscular strength, power, and endurance. These workouts are designed to add diversity, fun, and a challenge to your regular exercise routines. Participants will get a full body workout with a moderate-high intensity targeting of the major muscle groups.


Cardio Kickboxing (50 Minutes)

 Location: A205 (WC)

Class Times:

Cardio kickboxing is an innovative way to get fit and stay in shape! You’ll be working your core and burning fat as you kick, squat and punch your way through an exciting 50 minute calorie burning workout.


Choreo Jam (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

5, 6, 7, 8! Improve your coordination, build confidence and get a great workout with this fun dance class. This class begins with a warm up followed by learning a simple yet challenging routine to classic, old school and recent hits. 


Combo Fit (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

This class has it all! 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training followed by 15 minutes of abs & stretching will leave you sweating with this triple threat workout. 


Express Bootcamp (30 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

All of the fun in our regular bootcamp condensed to a 30 minute class. This class will help improve aerobic fitness as well as muscular strength, power, and endurance. Express Core (30 Minutes)

The ultimate core workout. Crunch, plank, and twist your way to a stronger and firmer core. Targeting the abdominals and low back which play an important role in maintaining good posture and a healthy back.


Express Flexibility (30 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

Increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion with this total body stretching class.


Express Spin (30 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

This indoor cycling class will push you to your limits, while improving both your cardio and muscular endurance in just 30 sweaty minutes! Perfect for those on a time crunch.


Express Step (30 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

A fun, cardio-based class designed to teach you basic step choreography and give you a great workout in 30 minutes.


Express Tabata (30 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

This is the workout fitness experts have been raving about. Tabata features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.


Lower Body Blast (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

Improve lower body strength, endurance, and muscle tone with this class that focuses on the thighs, glutes, and core muscle groups.


Sport Fit (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

This intense class combines agility, speed, strength conditioning, cardio, core, and balance through active sport-style drills. Made to challenge your endurance and athletic performance. Come prepared to sweat!


Total Body Strength (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

Train your entire body during this 50 minute strength building class. Participants of all levels engage in an integrated strength training session designed get you fit from head to toe.


Yoga (50 Minutes)

Location: A205 (WC) 

Class Times: 

This Hatha Yoga class is a gentle to mid pace practice in which you will utilize your breath while executing a variety of yoga postures. Great for increasing flexibility, alleviating stress, and developing muscle tone.

Don't forget to bring your mat.
