WINDSOR, ONT: The Niagara Knights men's golf team travelled to Windsor to compete in the two-day St. Clair invitational this past weekend. Round one was played at Ambassador Golf Club on Saturday, September 14th, followed by round two at Roseland Golf and Curling Club on Sunday, September 15th. Your Knights finished in 9th place as a team with a two-day score of 590.
The Knights showed a lot of resilience as they struggled to find their best games. Although not getting the result they may have wanted, they continued to learn and progress as they prepare for the OCAA championships at the end of the month.
This weekend's top performer was first year, Robbie Stewart finishing in a top 30 spot. Ethan Siebert and Matthew Palumbi brought in T40 and T42 finshes respectively and the team scores were rounded out by Avery Cheesman, Aidan McVey, and David Barber.
